You will need

🍫 1 block of Game Changer
🥛 1/2 cup of almond milk

Method

Chop your chocolate into small pieces and place in a heat-proof bowl. Next, heat your almond milk in a saucepan over the stove. Once it starts to boil, pour it over your chocolate. Wait for 30 seconds or so, then begin to whisk it until it's smooth and all melted together.

Next you're going to make an ice bath to cool down your chocolate. Pour some cold water into a larger bowl and add some ice cubes. There should be enough water in the bowl so that you can fit the bowl of melted chocolate inside and the water comes to about half way up the sides.

Make sure you don't actually get any water into your chocolate here, you're just making an ice bath to cool the chocolate down quickly!

Using a whisk, begin to mix the chocolate over your ice bath quickly, so that it becomes lighter in colour and thicker. This will take 3-5 minutes. You might feel like it's not working, but keep going!
Pour the mousse into your serving glasses and pop into the freezer for 30 minutes. To serve, top with a few chopped hazelnuts and cacao nibs for an extra decadent touch.
