Raspberry Choc Cookies - From the kitchen

Thinking about what to bake this weekend? Well our latest episode of of #COOKINGTIGERSTYLE just happened to drop at the perfect time. This week we are making Raspberry Choc Chip Cookies featuring Game Changer! Our vegan dark hazelnut butter bar, and one of our all time go-to's. These cookies are super easy to whip up, but also incredibly difficult to stop consuming! Check out the video on our IGTV HERE.

You will need

  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen, if off season)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp bicarb soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate (we used Game Changer and it was DELICIOUS!)

To make

Preheat your oven to 190 C. Combine your flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside.

Beat your butter and sugars until thick and creamy. Then mix in eggs and vanilla.

Slowly add in the flour mixture. Mix in your chocolate chunks and then gently fold in your raspberries.

Drop rounded tablespoon of the batter on a greased baking sheet. This recipe will make between 30-34 delicious cookies.

Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Then let cool on a drying rack and ENJOY!
