Pre-Christmas Delivery

Potential delivery delay over the Christmas period
The Tiger team is working hard to get your choccies ready and dispatched as soon as possible. Due to the high volume of orders we’re receiving over the Christmas period, there may be a slight delay with the dispatch of your order. This does not affect our same day and pick up service.

For delivery prior to Christmas, we suggest you place your orders by the following dates; 

Order before 12pm Wednesday 18 December 
*Metro areas only. Please allow an extra 2 to 3 days for regional areas

Order before 12pm Monday 23 December 

Order before 10am on Tuesday 24 December to ensure your order is ready for pick up. Our pick up service closes at 2pm on Tuesday 24 December, Christmas Eve.

These are suggested dates only based on information supplied from our shipping partners. Online orders will still be accepted after these dates, however we are unable to guarantee delivery prior to Christmas Day.

What about the Public Holidays?

The Hey Tiger studio will be closed and will not be shipping orders on the following dates; 

25 December, Christmas Day
26 December, Boxing Day
01 January, New Years Day 

Our pick up and same day delivery service will also not be available on these dates. If you select either of these options at checkout, your choccies will be ready next business day.

Hot weather may affect these timelines

The suggested Christmas delivery dates listed above are subject to weather conditions. We do our best to ensure you have the best experience with our chocolate as possible. During periods of extreme heat, we will hold off on sending your order out, which means your delivery may arrive slightly later than planned. If this happens, a member from our customer service team will be in touch. Please refer to the hot weather section on our shipping page for more information.

New Zealand - From $15

Metro areas can expect deliveries within 3-6 business days. Deliveries outside of metro areas can expect arrival within 7-9 business days. Rural and remote areas may experience further delays based on location.

USA - From $30

Our delivery partner will send you an email with an estimated delivery time frame once you place your order. 

Can I pick up my order?

We offer a complimentary pick-up from the Hey Tiger warehouse in Cremorne, Melbourne.

Place your order before 12.00pm Monday - Friday and collect between 2.00pm - 5.00pm same day.

For orders placed after 12.00pm, pick-up is available the next business day between 2.00pm - 5.00pm.

Excludes public holidays.

Please note; our pick-up location is a warehouse and office space - it is not a retail space. Therefore, we do not have the facilities to process your order onsite. All orders must be made through our online shop as listed above.

What is the address?

We’re based at 29a Gwynne Street, Cremorne, Victoria, 3121.

Follow the signs that lead to the PINK DOOR and ring the ‘pick-up’ doorbell. We will be there in a jiffy!

How are you getting to Hey Tiger?

If you’re coming by train, the closest station is Richmond.

If you choose to drive, please note that parking is limited in the area.

Whoops! I can no longer pick up my order?

Thats ok! We will hold your order for 3 weeks. If you are not able to pick up within this time frame, please reach out to our Fulfillment Team at 0435 383 440 or send us an email at to organise shipment to your address.

When lodging your inquiry, please have your order number ready. If your issue is urgent, it is best to call us directly! Our Fulfillment Team is busy packing your scrumptious orders throughout the day. And although we check our emails regularly, a quick phone call between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday is the best way to ensure your inquiry is resolved in that moment.

What if there is hot weather?

Our chocolate does not use any nasties that keep it solid in hot weather (that's one of the reasons it's so smooth and delicious). That means shipping fresh chocolate in the warmer months requires a little more attention than in the cooler months.

Here is what we do to ensure your choccies arrive save and sound during the heat:

  • We will send your chocolate with an ice pack which will keep it in great shape in most conditions.

  • To keep your chocolate from being in transit over the weekend, we do not ship on Fridays (with the exception of same day delivery), Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

  • During periods of extreme heat, we will hold off on sending your order out and will notify you by email when it will be dispatched.

  • When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information so you can follow your yummy chocolate on it’s journey to you. Please note that once your chocolate arrives we cannot control how it is stored, so make sure you take care of it so it doesn't melt!

Here is what you can do:

  • We recommend that you have your Hey Tiger order delivered to a location where someone will be present to accept it. If you’ve selected the regular delivery option and nobody is present to receive it, your order will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection.

  • Please make sure you don’t leave your chocolate somewhere warm (eg; in the car or outside for extended periods of time after it is delivered).

Can I track my order?

When you place an order on our website, tracking is available for all orders which you will receive automatically via email once your order has been processed.
